Group Medical Health Insurance Sales Representative needed.

Do you have experience in marketing group health insurance products in the 2 to 100 employee space? We are looking to fill current openings in our Columbus, Ohio office.

We are currently looking for driven sales professionals.
This position is a full time regular opportunity with a competitive benefit package and no weekends. Our representatives provide solutions to our customers health insurance needs with a wide array of competitive products.

Job Description:
o Through a solution sales approach develop and maintain relationships with Producers to uncover client needs, provide solutions, and increase sales.
o Champion the customer with outstanding customer service and work ethic.
o Act as a general liaison between IHC and client/distribution.
o Lead nurturing through outbound calling efforts
o Maintain conversion and ancillary attachment metrics standards
o Handle inbound and outbound calls
o Strong customer service and People Skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills

Required Skills:
o Results oriented, motivated individual with a focus on achieving sales success
o Excellent customer service skills and time management
o Must obtain / retain Life and Health Insurance license within 30 days of joining the team
o Ability to navigate software applications in conjunction with utilizing best in class solution selling approach
